Rick Kariolic is a New York City-based Matterport technician, media producer, and LEED Accredited Professional with over 20 years of experience across real estate documentation, film production, photography, and multimedia technology.
Since 2017, Rick has completed over 1,000 Matterport 3D scans across residential, commercial, government, and industrial properties — documenting more than one million square feet throughout the NYC Tristate area using Matterport Pro1, Pro2, and Pro3 cameras.
